TRE has a small in-house IT team and they need to rely much on external developers to speed up the software development and keep the production up and running. After a bad experience of working with an outsourcing vendor, TRE was desperate to look for a trustworthy and reliable partner to save the day. Their previous outsourcing vendor was difficult to communicate with, delivery results were awful, speed was slow, while the cost was still high.
Solution
SETA was selected after TRE talked with many consultants and carefully interviewed SETA resources.
SETA migrated the old system to AWS cloud and .NET technology.
The system is now performant and is able to serve thousands of restaurants.
