We have a multi-lingual project management team.  Our managers, regardless of location, are fluent in English. This eliminates the typical issues caused by language or cultural differences.  We provide ongoing English-language education to our engineers in Japan and Vietnam.

We apply Scrum processes (Agile method) for project management and software development. These processes enforce communication within our internal teams and with our clients to ensure that goals for both quality and schedule are met.
